Pan GU Shen Gong is a simple yet quite powerful form that cultivates Shen, nourishes the heart and strengthens the connection between heart, lungs, and kidneys. It is easy to learn and helps establish intention as a foundation of development in the subtle realm of the Self. 

In this class I'll teach the basic moving form in both its physical and subtle dimensions. I'll elaborate the physiology and we'll practice together. The video will be posted for future reference.
