Flocked rounded teddy bears that come with party balloons. A festive twist on normal flocked teddy bears.
Please note that the core of these bears are hard plastic, not the cheaper styrofoam type that tends to fall apart when you grip them. Bears measure 1 inch in height, are flat on the bottom and are white in color.
